Terms of Service

Vasati ("we", "us") operates this website and the consultation service it provides (the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a consultation, you agree to these terms.

Vasati produces Vastu Shastra consultations from a floor plan you upload: a room-by-room analysis, a written report with classical citations, remedies, and a follow-up chat window. The Service is a tool, not a substitute for licensed professional advice (legal, structural, financial) or for a practicing Vastu consultant's judgment. We do not warrant that following our recommendations will produce any particular outcome.

You sign in with your Google account, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity on your Vasati account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse the Service (e.g. scraping, automated load, sharing paid access).

Consultations are paid for with credits, purchased in advance through our payment processor at ₹100 per credit. A full floor-plan consultation uses 5 credits. Purchased credits don't expire. Each consultation includes 30 days of follow-up chat from the date it is created. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

You retain all rights to the floor plans you upload. By uploading, you grant Vasati a limited license to use the file solely to produce your consultation, generate your chat answers, and store your records. We do not sell, share, or use your floor plans to train models. See our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• upload plans you don't have permission to use,
• resell access to the Service without our written consent,
• attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, or send automated traffic,
• use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of every Vastu finding, or that following our recommendations will produce any particular outcome. Vastu is an interpretive tradition; we represent it as faithfully as we can, but a practicing consultant brings judgment we cannot replicate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vasati's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using the Service at any time; unused purchased credits remain covered by the Refund Policy. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
