Refund Policy

Vasati offers honest refunds. We'd rather not have an unhappy paying customer.

Credit purchases

If you're unsatisfied with the consultation you received, email us within 7 daysof purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no scripts. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

Email hello@vasati.app from the email address on your account. Include the date of the purchase you'd like refunded. We typically reply the same business day.

What we won't refund

• Charges older than 90 days.
• Refund requests after extensive use of the Service.
• Charges where the refund is being claimed in bad faith or as part of suspected payment fraud.
